Cabs are accessible nearby. Local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants are conveniently located outside the society. Both guest and resident parking facilities are available. Maintenance services ensure cleanliness and timely garbage collection. Roads are well-maintained, with functional street lights. Rooms in the society are adequately ventilated. Residents are understanding and friendly, with no issues related to pets. Security and lift services are reliable.read more

Things need improvement

Public transport options are limited, and connectivity is not robust, necessitating the use of personal vehicles for travel. The metro station is far from the society. Facilities and amenities such as gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area are not available within the society. Waterlogging occurs in the basement area during rainy seasons. There is room for improvement in cleanliness. The society faces significant construction quality issues, particularly affecting the walls where plaster comes off, leading to seepage and leakage problems. While elevators and CCTV cameras work, maintenance is average.read more
