The roads are well maintained with proper straight lights which makes us easier to walk on roads. There is easy cab availability and we can book cabs through online as well as their is a railway station which makes easier to travel. daily life need like groceries and markets products are easily available nearby.read more

Good things here
The area is having good public transport in the region. ola and caps are available very easily and the other basic amenities that are needed for our day to day life is easily accessible from any parts of the locality. schools colleges hospital shopping centres restaurants are available nearby within the radius of 2 km.read more

Good things here
Excellent and affordable clothing shops are available in this area. the city is well served by public transportation with a bus stop just 7 to 8 minutes away. street lights in secure safety at night and their a large well maintained playground for children nearby. electricity is available most of time and the city is free from pollution.read more

The city has some minor contamination. the metro expansion work is causing some traffic issues and I don't think this city can guarantee much safety at night.read more

Good things here
Velachery is a good locality that has good access to school college bank and hospital. there are major roads with very little traffic and good transport facility. it is a very good locality for tenant and a no need to worry about anything.read more

main problem is related to climate conditions and summer can be extremely hot. during monsoon season some areas may affected by waterlogging.read more

Velachery is a well-developed and developing area in south Chennai that is close to the airport. There are many good markets, educational institutions, business and industrial hubs in the area that make it a popular place to buy property. The area is a bit towards the outskirts of Chennai and there is plenty of greenery and there are lots of parks and gardens. Nanganallur, Ambedkar Nagar, Madipakkam and Thiruvanmiyur. There are several developers and builders in Velachery. There are 36 ready-to-move projects and 8 still under construction.
