Additionaly, the rising of cost living, housing prices can be concern for many residents. While there are shopping malls and dining options the noises and pollution from busy roads can detract the overall quality of life. It is a semi-independent apartment with private entrance and separate overhead tank. The house has lot of storage space. No water stagnation, even in 2015 flood. Both corporation and ground water available in abundance. read more

It's a very small society with limited space and a small number of families. Consequently, there are no basic amenities, including a swimming pool and gym. Interaction among residents is minimal, leading to infrequent celebrations of cultural events together. read more

1.BEST service is available for maximum 20 hours .
2. Auto are essly available
3. We can expect metro around at around 2024.
4. Both types of schools are here.
5. Only when they is problem in supply unit, and also get solve with in 2,3 hours.
6. There is small clinic but hospitals are far from here.
7. Mall is far 2 kilometers .
8. Weekly market is also for 4-5 hours.
