The project offers Villas with perfect combination of contemporary architecture and features to provide comfortable living. The connected and constructed that too with almost the amenities available right inside it. The nearby schools, colleges and are institutional is another advantage of staying here. The safety is also up to the mark and you never feel insecure. Thanks to the 24*7 availability of security guards and CCTV cameras. Shops, market, malls are within reach. read more

This project covers a total area of one acre. There are 60 units on the site, all of which are set in a tranquil setting. This is a well-connected project and an excellent place to live especially for working parents as there are several schools nearby. Vikas Vibhav, a premium housing project in Kolapakkam, Chennai, was launched by Abhinitha Foundation. Safety and security are things about which you do not have to worry about as they are taken care of well. One of the problems you might face is network problems. Nice construction of homes which gives a luxurious feel like the proper ventilation and nice setup of bathrooms and kitchen makes it beautiful. So, the homes are well constructed, and maintenance is also performed periodically. read more
