The ventilation in the flat is good, and there's sufficient sunlight. Water is available 24/7, and if tank cleaning is required, the society notifies in advance. The residents are decent, and connectivity is good with easy access to autos and buses. Additionally, the society has amenities like a gym, play area, and garden.read more
There is leakage and seepage in the flat, and there's no swimming pool in the society. The cleanliness is not well maintained due to pet dogs in the society. Festivals are not celebrated much in the society; they used to be celebrated more in the past.read more

Auto and cab are readily available near the society. There are also four lifts installed in the society. People are fine here. There are gym and park amenities available here.read more
In the society and the surrounding areas, there is often a lack of lighting, leading to darkness. Most of the lights are frequently dysfunctional, and no one bothers to repair them. There is also a significant shortage of water. Seepage is also a problem in the flats. While there is a gym in the society, the equipment is mostly damaged and broken. There is only a small play area for children, and if any elderly person sits there, children cannot play. The park also has only one or two swings for children. The lights in the corridors are often dysfunctional in the society. Some residents keep pet dogs, which contribute to the littering and dirtiness of the society by defecating anywhere. Plumbers also do not arrive on time when needed in the society.read more

The connectivity of the society is very nice, everything is available in public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. Parking space is ample and also visitor's parking is available. The society is well maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Regularly Garbage collection is done on time. The rooms are properly ventilated. Security guards are available. CCTV cameras are properly installed and functions properly. People are friendly, educated and cooperative, all the cultural festivals and events are also celebrated together. Water logging issues and mobile network issues are not faced.read more
There is severe water supply problem that is faced in the society. This is a major concern of the residents. There is no divider on the roads for which traffic conjestions happens a lot. There is recently a school made outside the society I feel that will create a lot of problem there related to traffic jams. seepage and leakage issues are seen a lot in the flats. The construction quality of the buildings is average. Drainage issues are also a major proble. The issues that arised are never resolved by the builders. The builder left away in between. There are a lot of conflicts regarding builders. Amenities like gym, club house and parks is available in the society, amenities are properly not maintained and sometimes it is not functional as the equipements are not repaired on time. swimmin gpool is not available in the society.read more
