Transportation is a major issue, with very poor connectivity and bad quality roads, making it difficult to get around. The lack of proper transport options and the poor condition of the roads are significant drawbacks. Parking is also limited, with only some spots allotted, which can be frustrating for those who do not have an assigned space. The construction quality leaves much to be desired, with poor ventilation, limited sunlight, and bad quality plaster. These issues can make the living spaces less comfortable and less appealing. Amenities are quite limited, with only a clubhouse available and no gym or play area for children, which limits recreational options. Another concerning issue is the recent incidents of people being bitten by pets, which poses a safety risk. The presence of numerous pets causing problems for residents, especially with recent bite incidents, is alarming. Addressing these problems, especially the transportation and safety issues, would greatly improve the living conditions in the society. Ensuring better transport connectivity, improving road quality, and resolving the pet-related safety concerns should be priorities to enhance the overall living experience.read more
