Good things here

The roads outside the society are in excellent condition, making driving a pleasure. There's a market nearby, which is very convenient. The elevators are installed and well-maintained. The electricity and water supply are consistent, and the construction quality is excellent as it's a newly built society. There are no seepage or termite issues, and the ventilation is proper. The plaster and fittings are good, and the security is solid, with CCTV cameras and security guards.read more

Things need improvement

The connectivity is quite poor. Even though there are markets around, finding an autorickshaw is challenging, so I mostly rely on Ola or Rapido. Since the society is still under construction, maintenance isn't something I can really comment on, as it�s often neglected. There are no amenities available yet, and as a tenant, I'm not sure if they plan to provide any. Additionally, there are very few residents, so I haven't had much interaction with the neighbours.read more
