Sector 48 in Gurgaon is an ideal residential area for all classes and ages of people due to the affordable cost of living and its proximity to commercial hubs. There are no environmental concerns, no pollution. There are some issues with safety and traffic jams.

Sector 48 in Gurgaon is an affordable residential area that is also a major commercial hub. The public transport is very good with good infrastructure. Lohagarh Farms is a major weekend destination over here. It is a safe area with friendly neighborhood.

It is a well-developed locality with excellent public transport. There are many international schools, hospitals, banks, shops, shopping centers, banks, ATMs in this area. The environment is neat and clean. Waterlogging and poor drainage system is always a problem here.

Sector 48 in Gurgaon is a wonderful peaceful locality with many shops, markets, restaurants, eateries. It is a safe place with well maintained roads and parks, no power cuts. There is no water shortage. Autos, buses, cabs are always available .

Sector 48 in Gurgaon is one of the well connected areas in Gurgaon that offers excellent connectivity to Delhi via NH-48 and Delhi Jaipur Expressway. Railway Station and international airport are both nearby. There are many reputed schools, hospitals, shopping centers in this area, making it an excellent investment destination.
