Good things here

In Gurgaon, there used to be frequent power cuts, but fortunately, Unitech had power backup facilities in place, providing residents with uninterrupted electricity supply during such instances. Over the past three years, the locality has seen significant improvements, especially compared to when construction was still ongoing in the society. Garbage disposal used to be managed regularly and in a timely manner within the society, contributing to its cleanliness and hygiene. The overall locality of the society was decent, offering a comfortable living environment for residents. Connectivity in the society was also good, ensuring easy access to various amenities and transportation options. The flats themselves are well-designed, with proper ventilation and spacious balconies that enhance the living experience. Both 3BHK and 2BHK apartments have an ample number of windows, allowing for plenty of natural light and ventilation. Furthermore, the society offers additional amenities such as game rooms, a gym, and a community hall, catering to the recreational and social needs of residents. read more

Things need improvement

The peeling plaster on the building walls is indicative of a lack of maintenance over the years. Metro connectivity being 15-20 minutes away adds to the inconvenience, particularly for residents who rely on public transportation. Additionally, the issue of power cuts, while common in Gurgaon, seems to be exacerbated in older parts of the city like ours. corruption during the construction phase. This has led to dysfunctional amenities and a general lack of upkeep. The presence of migrated individuals, more focused on work than community well-being, further contributes to the neglect of common areas and amenities. Safety concerns, especially for women and children, are alarming. The presence of a construction site opposite the society only adds to these worries, making it an unsuitable environment for families. Given these issues, it's understandable why you wouldn't recommend this society to others. It's evident that significant improvements are needed to address the various challenges faced by residents and to create a safer and more livable environment for all. read more

Rooms in the society are properly ventilated for comfort. Elevators operate smoothly and are maintained regularly. Additionally, CCTV cameras are functioning effectively for enhanced security. read more

In my society, amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area are unfortunately not available. We face frequent seepage and leakage issues due to poor construction quality, particularly weak walls. The society has a limited population, resulting in no events or festivals being celebrated. There are issues with the broadband network, and cleanliness could be improved. read more
