Tthe location of this project is�it's so easy for potential buyers or renters to get to malls, hospitals, and commercial areas. Plus, the property prices have been going up a lot lately, which makes it a really smart investment choice for sellers. And there are so many different amenities available here, which really makes it attractive to buyers and renters alike. read more

Things need improvement

I'm not a fan of how congested it gets around here and the lack of good public transport options. It can make commuting a real hassle for residents. And if there are a lot of maintenance issues and the charges are high within the society, it might make potential buyers or renters think twice about choosing this project. As a broker, it's important for me to take these factors into account when helping clients with deals in this society. read more

I wasn't happy about how high the maintenance charges ended up being, and there were always things that needed fixing. Plus, the construction quality wasn't great�I noticed a lot of cracks in the walls and the plaster was peeling in some places. read more
