Good things here

The amenities such as the swimming pool, gym, and kids' play area are all kept in great condition and well-maintained. It's convenient to access public transportation, which is just within 500 meters from the society. Getting around is a breeze with cabs and autos easily available when booked through Ola and Uber within the society. The community is filled with friendly and respectful people, and maintenance is efficiently handled. Having hospitals nearby within a 2-kilometer radius provides peace of mind for emergencies. The greenery surrounding the society adds to the tranquil atmosphere, and the streets are well-maintained, contributing to the overall cleanliness of the area. read more

Things need improvement

The construction quality leaves much to be desired, with noticeable seepages in some flats causing inconvenience. Unfortunately, amenities like table tennis, badminton courts, and a clubhouse are not available in the society, which could be disappointing for residents. Good things here

Society we can't consider just because its apartment. The level of tolerance one should have towards noise that the children create inside the apartment is next level. It was not informed before for us. We are facing alot of probelm because of this. Compared to the expense comes in staying this apartment one can afford much better one. Its no good for starting a new family here. Specially it is not for tenants read more

People and the way of communication, Problem solving during association meeting its useless. No one is bothered about tenants since most of them are owners. Its too much politically polluted society read more

Good things here

Connectivity is very good in the society, like cabs and autos, which are available if we book Ola and Uber inside the society. Water facilities are very good, available 24/7 in the society. Power backup is also available in the society. Garbage collection is very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately in the society. Facilities are easily accessible near the society, like big supermarkets, vegetable markets, and malls, all within walking distance from the society. Parking area is very spacious, and the visitor parking area is also very spacious in the society. People are very friendly and respectable. The greenery of the society is very well-maintained. read more

Maintenance charges are expensive. Public transportation, like buses, is available but quite far from the society, approximately 2 kilometers away. Cleaning should be improved outside of the society. Maintenance of the lift is very poor; it frequently requires repairs in the society. read more

Good things here

It is a fine area to live. Power backup and water supply are great. All basic amenities are available here, gym, swimming pool etc. For grocery shopping, it is like 2km away, pet hospitals are nearby only, I don't know much about normal hospitals. . Online deliveries are also not a problem here like zepto/blinkIt. read more

Things need improvement

Cleanliness was a big problem there. No cleaning was done on regular basis, it was only done when we ask to do. Gym was there but equipments were so dirty. swimming pool is there but it's so dirty that it's not operational. Clubhouse is too short just like a small room. Also, people were so not friendly to us because we're north Indians and we're tenants there. No greenery. read more
