Good things here

Connectivity with local cabs and autos is easy if booked online within the vicinity of the society. Parking areas are accessible and convenient. Water facilities are very good, and there is reliable power backup. Garbage collection is very good; they efficiently manage waste in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable. Amenities like swimming pool, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are well-maintained and available. Grocery stores and supermarkets are within a convenient 1-2 kilometers. There are nearby hospitals, making medical services easily accessible. read more

Things need improvement

Construction quality is very poor. There are some leaks and seepage issues in the society, which is very inconvenient. In bathrooms, there are some cracks. The metro station is available far from the society, around 3 kilometers, making it very inconvenient. read more

I lived here as a tenant. The place was good. The connectivity was nice with autos, cabs, metro, and the railway station nearby. The airport and hospital were also close. The building was well maintained with clean lifts and good garbage collection. There were no major issues with construction. The amenities were good too, with a garden, children's play area, swimming pool, gym, and clubs. The park was nice. The neighbourhood was friendly. Security was good with CCTV and proper parking. Guest parking was available and there were no issues with stray dogs. Overall, it was a nice place to stay. read more

I used to stay here as a tenant. There was leakage in the washroom and I was asked to pay for it. I didn�۪t agree since it was not my problem as a tenant. This was unfair. Other than this everything else is perfect here. read more

Good things here

I appreciate the good connectivity with easily available buses, autos, and cabs. The roads are in good condition, and there are nearby schools, hospitals, and markets. The construction quality is excellent, with no seepage or termite issues and proper ventilation. Regular garbage collection with proper wet and dry garbage segregation is well-maintained. The society offers well-maintained amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse. Elevators are installed and maintained, and security is very tight. read more

The Outer Ring Road is 3. 5 km away. I didn't have much interaction with the neighbors, but the few interactions we had were unpleasant, as they often annoyed us, including the owners. read more

The society is 11-12 years old, but there are no issues with leakage or seepage. It has all modern amenities and is well-maintained. Cleanliness is well-maintained as well. We receive water supply 24/7. Ventilation in the flats is good with ample sunlight. The residents are decent. Public transport is easily available, and there are no traffic issues. Festivals are celebrated here. read more

There is no metro station near the society; the nearest metro station is 3-4 km away, and the upcoming metro station will also be 1 km away from the society. The society is not directly connected to the highway. read more
