Real estate developer Brigade Group has signed a joint development agreement with Krishna Priya Estates and Micro Labs to develop around 2 million square foot (msf) of residential housing project in Bangalore with a gross development value (GDV) of Rs 2,100 crore. Located in Yelahanka in North Bangalore, the project will be spread over 14 acre.
Pavitra Shankar, managing director, Brigade Enterprises, “We anticipate the project to yield a revenue realisation of Rs 2,100 crore on completion. This project will be designed and executed keeping in mind customer preferences for quality and sustainability.”
Brigade Group has a strong pipeline over the next year, of around 13 msf in Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai, of which 11 msf is from residential projects. The company has completed over 80 msf of developments across the cities of Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mysore, Kochi, GIFT City-Gujarat and Thiruvananthapuram.
