Good things here

Connectivity like cabs and auto-rickshaws is available in the city. There are a lot of grocery stores outside the city, making it very convenient and peaceful. Water facilities are very good and available 24/7. Power backup is also available in the city. Garbage collection is very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately, which is very convenient. People are friendly and respectful in the community. Maintenance charges are reasonable compared to other apartments. Parking is very accessible. There are many schools and play areas for kids in the society. The metro station is also within 1 km from the society, which is very convenient. The locality is very serene and peaceful. Amenities like swimming pools, clubhouse, gyms, table tennis, and kids' play areas are available and well-maintained in the city. read more

Construction quality is not good; there are some minor issues that are very inconvenient. There are no festival celebrations in the city. There is no separate visitor parking area outside the society on the main roads, which is very inconvenient for visitors. read more

Hospitals are close to the society, within 1-2 km, which is very convenient for emergencies. Garden areas are very well-maintained in the city, making it very convenient. Amenities like swimming pools, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained in the city. We live in an independent house on a street with abundant plants, as we prioritize not cutting trees. Our management is efficient and handles all issues effectively. They are interested in resolving our problems. In terms of location, we have schools, hospitals, bus stops, supermarkets, and grocery stores within 1. 5 kilometers. The street lights are functional, and we have ample parking space. The construction quality of our house is good, and maintenance is well-managed, including proper cleaning and regular garbage collection. We have 24/7 water and power supply. The surrounding community is friendly, and neighbors communicate well with each other. read more

Things need improvement

Despite many positives, the road condition is horrible and drainage cleaning is the worst in our society. These issues need urgent attention to improve our living environment. read more
