Good things here

The connectivity here is excellent. Public transport like buses, autos, and cabs are easily available, and the roads are in good condition. It's really convenient to have schools, hospitals, and markets nearby. The construction quality is impressive, with proper ventilation in the flats. We have designated parking, both private and chargeable, which ensures everyone has a spot. The rules are well-followed, and regular garbage collection with wet and dry segregation keeps our society clean. We enjoy 24/7 electricity and water supply, which is very reliable. The community is wonderful; we've been staying here for a long time and celebrate each festival together, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere. Elevators are installed and maintained, and the presence of CCTV cameras and 24/7 security guards adds to our sense of safety. read more

Things need improvement

There are a few issues that need attention. Despite the excellent construction quality, we do face some seepage problems. The club house is still under construction and is expected to take another 5-6 months to complete, which is a bit disappointing. While we have designated parking, the chargeable parking option could be improved. Overall, addressing these issues would enhance our living experience even more. read more

The society lacks good connectivity, with public transportation like autos and cabs not easily accessible within walking distance outside the society. Communication from management and staff often comes off as rude or dismissive, creating unnecessary tension. Living in that society was a great experience overall. The maintenance and construction were top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and well-kept living environment. Having access to amenities like a gym and clubhouse made it easy to stay active and socialize with neighbors. Feeling safe in my surroundings was also a big plus, and the connectivity to other parts of the city, whether by auto or other means, made it convenient to get around. Plus, not having to worry about water supply issues was a relief and added to the peace of mind. read more

However, there were a couple of drawbacks that stood out to me. Despite the good maintenance, there were times when the response to maintenance requests was slow, which could be frustrating when dealing with minor issues. Additionally, there were occasional disruptions in the auto service, causing inconvenience for those relying on it for transportation. read more
