This locality is great in terms of transportation facilities. The roads are clean and wide. There are markets in here and there are many street lights on roads. but prices of property is high

Thirumazhisai is a lovely location to visit. Thiruvallur train station is 15 minutes away by car, Sevvapet train station is 5 minutes away by car, and Koyambedu Bus Terminus (CMBT) is 30 minutes away.

There are large number of markets and shopping malls in here. The properties here are affordable but this place is not safe at night time.
