I used to live in this society and had no issues at all. The construction is excellent with no seepage, leakage, or cracks. The place is well-ventilated and gets plenty of sunlight. The maintenance is top-notch, with clean lifts, regular garbage collection, and a well-kept water tank. The neighbourhood is friendly and safe, with good security and CCTV coverage. Connectivity is good; autos, cabs, and the metro are easily accessible. The amenities are great, with a lovely garden, a fun children's play area, a swimming pool, a gym, and a club.read more
