10 mins to CPRR & proposed Maduravoyal port link which will bring excellent connectivity to the rest of the city. This is a perfect place for those who are looking to buy luxurious homes at right prices that too with a good connectivity and availability of all amenities just inside the society. Safety and construction is up to the mark as it is always ensured that the CCTV cameras are always working and security guards do their duty. Also, the parking space is ample which means that even the visitors can also comfortably park their vehicles without any hassle. Another positive is the green patch and parks which further makes the environment desirable. But at night it is better to not to go alone outside the society as a safety measure.read more

Good security system is always there are CCTV cameras all over the area supported by the security guards. There is also police patrolling which is done multiple times of the day and night. All types of facilities including shops, chemist, gym, parks, and swimming pool are available inside the society so there is no requirement to step out of the place. Moreover, malls, colleges and schools are also located nearby which is really great because kids can reach there in no time.read more

It is just 5 mins from Saveetha Medical College. The ample parking space along with good connectivity and well-constructed houses tempts you to stay here. Also, the maintenance is done on a regular basis so, you can also enjoy the green parks and all other amenities like swimming pool, gym, golf course, shops and it even have ATMs right inside. The roads are well built and maintained. The safety and security of the residents is also taken care well as there are CCTV cameras installed everywhere along with professional guard support. There is a small concern about the network which is not so great and you might not be able to comfortable to do work from home sometimes. Overeall it is worth the price that you pay to buy homes here.read more

The connectivity is good which means you can go anywhere without facing any traffic snarls or jams. In addition, we also have presence in Kolkata in East India, where we are developing a large mixed-use project. Bengaluru and Chennai are two key markets for us. These cities are two large residential housing markets in India, contributing to approximately 31.24% of the launches and 34.22% of the sold inventory in India’s seven cities (Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Pune, Hyderabad and Kolkata), across calendar years 2016 to 2017 and the six months ended June 30, 2018.

As of November 30, 2018, we have 25 completed projects, representing 12.86 million square feet of Saleable Area, out of which our 20 completed projects in the cities of Bengaluru and Chennai accounted for 87.69% of our Saleable Area. Further, 81.88% of our total Saleable Area for completed projects were in the mid-market category and affordable housing category (with midmarket and affordable categories accounting for 48.02% and 33.86% respectively), and the remainder in the commercial and office space and luxury housing categories, as of November 30, 2018.
