I have to go to the highway to catch a bus, area ke andar ke roads par busses nahi aati. the main problem with our society is that its a bit old built now so we have raised the issue to the team for repainting of the society but no action is being taken on the same.read more

Auto and metro are easily available near the society. despite of all the construction issues of it being an old building i have never faced any issues related to water seepage and water leaking. i spend maximum of my time outside hte society so i also have a reliebility of always available shops in the society it self for my daily needs.read more

Wagholi is an upcoming residential locality in Pune right next to the Pune international airport. The area is developing very fast and there are mostly 2 BHK and 3 BHK apartments for sale in new projects at Rs. 6500 to Rs. 7500 per sq ft. There are good schools, markets, institutions, and industrial hubs, and tech parks nearby. 87% of the property available are multi-storeyed apartments while the remaining are in the form of residential plots and individual homes. There are also some 1 BHK apartments which are mostly available for rent.
Wagholi has a historical significance and is named after an ancient Tiger temple and is also said to be the home of the famous Maratha warrior Sardar Pilajirao Changojirao Jadhav.
