The flats are well-ventilated, receiving proper sunlight throughout the year, and the high construction quality ensures no seepage or leakage issues have been encountered. Emergency exits, staircases, and corridors are readily available for safety measures, and the buildings are earthquake-proof, providing additional peace of mind. Security guards and functioning CCTV cameras ensure residents' safety. Elevators are well-maintained, with timely servicing, and there's a park available for children to play in. The people living here are great, and we often celebrate festivals together. The place is kept very clean. While there were some leakage and seepage problems before, they have been reduced a lot now.
