The neighborhood boasts convenient connectivity, and the folks around here are not only friendly but also cooperative. Additionally, there are hospitals close by for added convenience.read more

The parking area has waterlogging, causing inconvenience with water spilling onto the roads. This might lead to traffic issues and overall inconvenience.read more

Aparna Constructions is a well know brand in Hyderabad/Telangana. Their construction quality is superb. One of the very few builders who complete their project on time without compromising on quality. Also Aparna cons. fulfilled all the promises they made during the time of booking. Example Club house , pakka road till from Aparna Hillpark to main road. , grocery store / ATM / Medical store inside the premises. MAintenance provided by aparna after sales is good. they have their own team for maintenance. I would anytime prefer Aparna Constructions over any other Company.read more

It is also a part of the GHMC (Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation) and also the HMDA (Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority). It was earlier a part of the MEDAK District and is currently within the Sangareddy District. Based on the 2001 Census, the population of the locality stood at 52,586. Telugu is widely spoken in the locality. The area lies along the National Highway 65 and lies in northwestern Hyderabad. There are multiple industrial areas and residential clusters present here as well. The BHEL Township is also present here along with major IT and ITeS hubs.
