Good things here
The society offers great connectivity and is well-constructed, making daily commutes and living here quite convenient. The residents are very friendly, fostering a warm and welcoming community atmosphere.read more
Things need improvement
Despite its good location and solid construction, the society suffers from poor maintenance, with notably smelly garbage at the back. Additionally, the amenities provided are quite limited, which could be improved to enhance the living experience.read more

Good things here
Schools , hospitals and Local market is nearly 2km away. Construction quality is good. This has gym, clubhouse , swimmingpool available here and is well maintained. People here are supportive. Parking space is enough and the security is well maintained. There is no air or noise pollution.read more

The POC mentioned that Cozy Life has great availablity of local transports such as Metro, Autos and Cabs which becames easy for the people to travel to various different places without any problem. Cabs can be booked very easily and arrives quickly even if it is late night. Solar Panels are installed in the society. It's truly heartening to hear about such a well-rounded and considerate community! Having access to 24-hour electricity and water supply ensures that residents can go about their daily lives without interruption, while the presence of ventilated fire exits underscores a commitment to safety and preparedness.
