Good things here
The flats are incredibly spacious and surrounded by beautiful greenery, which is truly satisfying. It's convenient to have a bus stand and auto stand nearby. The neighbors are cooperative and friendly, creating a warm community atmosphere. The construction of the society is solid, with no signs of cracks or other issues. While there were seepage problems in the buildings before, they have since been resolved.read more
Things need improvement
Managing traffic outside the society can be quite challenging due to congestion on the roads. Additionally, there is a lack of security applications for ensuring the safety of the society, which is something the maintenance team should address. Furthermore, there are no modern amenities such as a gym or swimming pool available within the society.read more

The nearest grocery store and vegetable market are 5 minutes away, and there are frequent buses and other forms of public transit. The region also has good nature and enough of room for morning walks.

Rich In agriculture There are a lot of businesses here, including marketing, manufacturing, exporting, and transportation, thus there are lots of jobs available. Despite being 30 kilometres from Pune, it is a fantastic location.

One of the nicest societies in Shikrapur. Although construction is ongoing, customers are occupying apartments up to eighth story, either on rent or as new residents. Availability of cabs and public transportation are average.
