The building has elegant entry lobbies dedicated to each tower, a central landscaped podium in each unit, ample sunlight enters the central podium in almost all the units. Gulshan Botnia is my new home and one that I am satisfied with. I always imagine staying at this building and the city has a lot to remember. This is a perfect place where you find all the main roads, shopping centers, dining, and entertainment, offices, and others. Living in a luxury area, you automatically expect the best security and facilities while the view is amazing. Love interior and overall construction. They provided us the most exclusive facilities. I Will not explain everything specifically because this is a big list. But, the locality has a lot of traffic and therefore the rainy season is sometimes chaotic with waterlogging and growls. I have to say, Gulshan Botnia is a perfect project. They provided good construction quality. The scenic landscape is covered with expanses of green patches, bringing residents closer to mother nature. You will find everything necessary is near the project which is a big factor for me when I chose this property. It is in the heart of the city and thus connectivity is not a problem here and as far as security is concerned, the area itself is very safe. This society literally provides me with everything. However, the cellular network also does fluctuate at times and I find my wfh impacted during that time. I and my family loved this place.read more
