The roads in front of the society were well-maintained. The society was clean. Ventilation was good; sunlight came in. Sufficient parking was allotted for everyone. The lifts were maintained. Water was available 24/7.read more

The society did not receive permission for the gym and swimming pool, so they were not operational. Autos were not available near the society; one had to walk 500 meters to find them. Although my flat didn't have it, other flats experienced leakage and seepage issues.read more

Amenities are superb; particularly appreciate the Club House, Jogging and Strolling Track, Cycling & Jogging Track, Power Back Up, Swimming, Pool, Lift, Security, Park, Reserved Parking, Visitor Parking, Intercom Facility and Maintenance Staff and what not. Almost everything I can imagine will be here in this project. The area is safe for moving about till late at night. I’m looking forward to move in.read more
