The metro is nearby, and there are plenty of grocery stores. Schools are also plentiful near the society. We have two parking spaces, so we never face any issues, and there's even allotted guest parking in the society. Street lights work properly, and garbage collection is always on time. The CCTV cameras are well-maintained, and the construction quality is good. Repainting has been done recently, and ventilation is also excellent. Amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, temple, tennis court, play area, and garden are all available in the society. Cultural events are celebrated with great enthusiasm.read more

During the rainy season, there's a bit of a waterlogging issue, but it's manageable and not a major problem. The quality of the roads isn't great; they're quite uneven. Additionally, for facilities like the swimming pool and gym, you have to take separate memberships; they're not included in the maintenance. There are also wild street dogs in the parking area; one of them bit my brother, and they've bitten many others, which I feel quite dangerous.read more
