Good things here
They have amenities like a Big Clubhouse having Gym inside and other indoor sports. There are seperate swimming pools for the Childers and Adults.read more

I regret making the decision to purchase a flat at Purva Silversands, especially on top floor (21st). Even before taking possession, there were evident water leakage issues. Post-possession, the situation has only worsened. Immediately after a rain, the flat gets floored due to improper waterproofing. The management's response to these issues has been nothing but short of appalling. Despite repeated promises to rectify the waterproofing and other related problems within a week, over two weeks have passed without any resolution. It's disheartening to see such blant for residents' concerns. The entire ordeal is a testament to improper waterproofing, broken commitments, and lack of proper inspection, The management's incompetence is evident in their inability to address such fundamental issues. I strongly advise potential buyers to steer clear of Purva Silversands and avoid similar frustrations.read more

forget the place it's the user interface when I click on read more it gives me details about the Mundhwa property in Mumbai. secondly you say it is in Mundhwa in reality it is deep away in Keshav Nagar.read more

this place has bar connectivity, water issues and common facilities are bad. the road once you enter keshav nagar is heavily crowded and in peak hours it maddness.read more
