Good things here

The society has good connectivity and reliable maintenance, with working lifts and timely cleaning. The construction quality is solid, with no issues of leakage or seepage. The neighborhood is friendly and cooperative, with residents celebrating festivals together.read more

Good things here

Public transportation and markets are available nearby. The society is constructed nicely with spacious flats. Maintenance is great; they come to check regularly, and if there is any issue, they resolve it quickly.read more

Things need improvement

There is no swimming pool available in the society, and though there is a clubhouse, it is empty inside. The issue is people being very harsh with animals, there is a communal dog problem where people don't care for them or feed them, and this is what I dislike the most. At least everyone should help feed them.read more

Public transport options like auto rickshaws, buses, and cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants are conveniently located just outside the society. Traffic issues are minimal around the society. Maintenance services are very good, with timely cleanliness and hygiene being maintained. A park, small garden, small gym, and club area are available in the society. Elevators work properly, and maintenance is regularly done for them. There's both basement and open parking space. The people are overall good and social in the society, and all cultural festivals and events are celebrated together. The society has a good crowd.read more

Facilities and amenities like a swimming pool and play area are not available in the society. The construction quality is average, and issues like seepage, leakage, and plaster issues are faced in my flat in the society. Good things here

The society is really good and people are also kind and cooperative. The people who manage the place really care about making it nice for everyone. Getting around the area is easy because they've arranged buses, auto-rickshaws and taxis. They've also planned things carefully so that important places like markets services, and schools are close by and easy to get to. Also, there's a big park that makes the area even nicer. Kids can play there and make the neighborhood feel even better. But what really makes living here special is how friendly everyone is. People are always nice to each other, which makes it a happy and close community.read more
