Additionally, a variety of local amenities such as shops, supermarkets, schools, and restaurants are available nearby, making daily errands convenient. Parking space within the society is ample, providing residents with ease of access. While the construction quality is good overall, occasional issues like seepage, leakage, and plaster problems are encountered. However, sunlight reaches my flat, and ventilation is excellent, ensuring a comfortable living environment. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards is a priority in our society, with timely garbage collection services and no notable issues with water supply or electricity. The drainage system effectively prevents waterlogging, and essential facilities such as lifts, CCTV cameras, and security systems are operational and well-maintained, contributing to residents' safety and security. Moreover, the friendly and cooperative atmosphere within our society fosters a sense of community, with residents coming together to celebrate cultural events and festivals. Living in DLF society has been a really positive experience for me. The spaciousness and quality construction of the flats, along with excellent ventilation, ensure a comfortable living environment without any worries about seepage or ventilation issues. The maintenance services provided by the society are truly commendable. Everything is kept in top-notch condition, including the lifts, which are maintained properly and run smoothly. The cleanliness standards are also high, contributing to a pleasant and hygienic living environment. I feel very secure in the society, thanks to the excellent security measures in place. Knowing that parking is allotted and readily available alleviates any concerns about finding parking space, and the well-built roads around the society make commuting convenient and hassle-free.read more

Living in our society has its perks, but I must admit, the connectivity regarding public transportation leaves something to be desired. It's not always easy to find auto rickshaws, cabs, or buses nearby, which can make commuting a bit of a challenge. Even though there's a metro station close by, the lack of available buses can be inconvenient. As for amenities, we're a bit lacking in that department too. We don't have a gym or swimming pool, which can be disappointing for those looking for fitness or leisure options within the society.read more

The DLF Society is one of the oldest neighborhoods around. It's easy to get to, with roads and a metro nearby, like the Iffco Chowk and Huda City Centre stations. Ample amount of parking space for residents and separate parking lanes for visitors. Daily essential shops are available inside the society premises. Many shopping complexes as Galleria market, Sector 29 HUDA market are 5-10 minutes walking distance. There's a gym in the society, and nd an open park with gym equipment are also present. People are educated and festivals are celebrated together.read more

In our society, the main issue is when visitors come over. There's a bunch of security folks around, but they don't seem to talk much to each other. So, one guard might say to park in one spot, while another says something different. It's confusing for my relatives when they visit us.read more

Good things here
The connectivity around the society is quite good; the roads are of good quality, and any damaged ones are being repaired. Public transport is readily available due to this. The construction quality of the society is also very good despite it being a 25-year-old society; there are no issues of seepage or leakage, and there are no cracks in the building whatsoever. The flats are well-ventilated, and there is a clinic facility available within the society. Maintenance is also quite good, with regular painting done�in�the�society.read more

I feel like there's a lack of amenities in the society because while clinic facilities are available, there's no clubhouse or gym. I think there should be a clubhouse with its facilities and also a gym inside�the�society.read more
