This Apartment is very close to 2 Malls, Theaters, Local Markets within 500m. There are many schools such as Kendriya Vidyalaya, NCFE, GCIS, Narayana, Chaitanya, etc.... There are many restaurants too. The society is regularly cleaned, corridors are cleaned daily, trash is disposed daily in the morning, mosquito spray is daily used, overall no pollution is faced in this society. there are rarely power cuts in this area and there is adequate & full amount of water present. electric charge are free if under 200 units by the government. The quality of road are good and are usable, sometimes having traffic. there is no clogging in the monsoon period. They streetlights are in perfect condition and are well to walk in the nightread more
