Good things here

Covered Parking 1 No within the same building. two number of lifts with well educated neighbors. Peaceful living

Things need improvement

NO dislikes, Property well within gated society. Twenty four hours electricity, DG Backup and Water. Big society with all facilities

Good things here

This locality is very good. There are lots of trees and green spaces are available. that's why air index of this area is very low. Auto and cabs are easily accessible. Tgere are some good schools and college are available.

The things in the society of very well swimming pools are there is also there for adults and also clubhouse is also there for childrens.

people in the society and the neighbour of the society people are not pet friendly they dislike pets so it is not good for pets lover.

Good things here

Friendly locality 20 feet away from the main road, so far enough from traffic noise and road dust pollution but close to all forms of transportation. 15 minutes away from the nearest metro.

Things need improvement

The society doesn't have lift and parking so these are the only two drawbacks the society is 20-plus years old, but it needs to be mentioned that the property that has been listed has been used for less than 5 years in total.

Good things here

Most of the school, hospital are available nearby. Local market and restaurant are accessible so that you can find your necessary foods and groceries. Electric charges is normal like others area. There available of inverter so power cut is not a huge problem. The has a good security in the flat and locality also. The locality is safe for you and your family.
