Good things here

best deal bhai 3 bhk ho to Aisa ho . decent flat with good rate also.. and I'm very impressed with its location best main mavdi area .. so all things are nearby.

no water shortage is not mostly seen in this area . ya but in summer is might but it's not measure issue. bcz now too many residents are there.

yes this topic is quite sensitive..bcz it's too far from mavdi circle also .. so there are issues of public transport is not available .. but yaa I also agree that the traffic in this area is generally low .. and if you vehicles no worries at all
