Good things here

A quiet and safe neighborhood with a small park near by for kids to play and bike. The place has easy access to local vegetable markets and good restaurants. From the terrace, one can a get a good view of the neighborhood and there is plenty of ventilation and fresh air (pollution less). The place is close to ORR as well

Ola cabs and autos are also available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. There are numerous and nearby educational institutions and tuitions. It is safe to walk on the road at night. Having security guards on every street at night.

It is very close to an industrial area, so we can easily get to work. Shopping malls and hospitals are only about 1 km away, and public transportation and private transportation, such as auto taxis, are also readily available. In terms of safety, a good police station is nearby, and patrol vehicles are on the move all night.
