Maintenance of the property is very good. The water facilities are excellent, and power backup is available. Garbage collection is efficient, with wet and dry waste collected separately. Amenities like the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained. Maintenance charges are reasonable. Green spaces are well-maintained and look great. Cleaning services are very good and ensure the society is hygienic. The construction quality is good; there are no seepage or leakage issues. Overall, the society is very good.read more

Connectivity is not good immediately, but it will be available easily eventually. Facilities are available within a range of - kms. Parking areas in the society are congested. In the parks, there are many rats which can enter car engines and damage the wires. Public transportation, such as buses, is available but is located far from the society, making it inconvenient.read more
