Within a short distance of less than one kilometer, residents have access to supermarkets, clinics, and bus stops, catering to their daily needs. Moreover, all school buses make stops near the society, ensuring convenience for families with children. Major hospitals are also within a 20-minute travel radius of the society, providing peace of mind in case of emergencies. The maintenance standards here are exceptional, with daily garbage collection, cleaning services, and uninterrupted water supply. Residents also enjoy well-kept amenities within the society premises, including a clubhouse offering gym and yoga classes, a refreshing swimming pool, ample play areas, and even a supermarket for added convenience.read more

Things need improvement

During my time residing in this society, which ended approximately three months ago, I observed that the construction quality did not meet the expected standard. This was evident, in part, due to occasional dampness in the walls. Furthermore, despite the society not being designated as pet-friendly, there were approximately 40 dogs residing within its premises.read more

Additionally, there's power backup available in the society. Garbage collection is efficiently managed, with separate collection of wet and dry waste. Schools are conveniently located near the society, within walking distance, and hospitals are also easily accessible within a 500-meter radius. Facilities such as supermarkets and KFC are conveniently situated within the society. The atmosphere of the society is spacious and maintains a decent ambiance. Public transportation, including buses, is accessible within a walkable distance of around 200 meters from the society.read more
