I can speak from experience when I say that the entire development sets the bar for excellent, affordable homes in the centre of Hyderabad. Roads are well connected, however there are some traffic problems during rush hour. There is huge water scarcity in this area and residents have to call tankers to fulfil their water needs. Road maintenance are not upto the mark and roads are narrow. aThe drainage services are not great and the municipality has not done a good job in the maintenance of the locality.

There is a traffic congestion and you will face difficulty reaching your office/workplace most of the time .Lots of stray dogs roams the street which poses problems for walkers. Parking space is inadequate in this area and this leads to a lot of traffic congestion in the locality.
