Good things here

The flats have balconies, and there is sufficient parking available. The greenery is good, and the maintenance charges are justified. The society is clean, and water is available 24/7. All modern amenities are available and well-maintained. There are no issues with leakage or seepage in the flats, and the residents are nice. read more

Things need improvement

Autos are not readily available near the society; I often have to go to the main road to find one. The lifts sometimes stop working; they are out of order at least once every 15 days. read more

Celebration of festivals, cleanliness and security are the biggest plus point of the society. security changes after every 15days for safety of residents. garden is well maintained. metro is near by. all local transport available. There are 40+ workers who work in the society for cleaning. They have visitors parking. though there is no banquet hall in the society but they have small arrangements for meetings and all. read more
