Good things here

the transportation and cab availability is very smooth and rapid only 5 minutes you can wait the cab available.yes I feel very safe and for my family in nightfall things are safe.the roads are very well maintained and repaired and low traffic.yes I have easily access all the big brands and food chain like McDonald's ,Niykaa.yes I have all great international school and hospital and big malls in my location.

drinage line is not clear it is not cleaning regulary. they also not come on time for the cleaning. In the night line itis very riskfull for small child.

Kamothe has affordable rental housing and also has a fair infrastructure of hospitals, schools and markets. The area is not very safe at night and there are also issues of water scarcity. Livability is good and property pricing is decent.

Kamothe has a balanced mix of good infrastructure of schools, hospitals, parks, restaurants and markets along with some great places to visit. There are parks and gardens. The area, howeve,r is not very safe at night due to insufficient lighting.

The area around Kamothe is not very safe at night. The area is popular as a reidential area and rentals are affordable. Road and rail connectivity are good and it forms a link between Sion and Navi Mumbai. There is ample greenery.

Kamothe is a popular residential area towards the outskirts of Navi Mumbai. There are plenty of markets, schools, parks and hospitals. There are several IT hubs and industrial areas close by. There are also issues of water scarcity which need to addressed.

healthcare facilities here are excellent and doctors are very good. the streets are well lit and the traffic is well maintained.though there is heavy traffic in the peak hours of the day and hence there is some congestion at office hours

many good schools and colleges are nearby. healthcare is not a problem as hospitals and clinics are all close by. waterlogging in our locality is a bit of a hazard during the monsoon season. very good doctors available .

Kamothe is a developing locality situated in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. The pin code of Kamothe is 410206 and postal head office is Panvel. Sector 9, Sector 19, Sector 21, Phase II are the nearby localities to Kamothe. Mumbai Pune Expressway passes through Kamothe and is a major junction for all long distance buses. Kamothe railway station is situated within the locality and is on the Harbour line rail service in Mumbai. There are many good schools and colleges at close proximity from Kamothe and is considered a prime locality due to new international airport of Navi Mumbai being built at close proximity. Hiranandani is the prime builder in this region with a large township. New metro construction is being built from Kharghar to Kamothe. The locality doesn’t face any water logging issues. Kamothe is a planned city and will be fully built by 2030. Many new residential projects and commercial businesses have began in this locality. Kamothe is very well connected to all the major areas of Mumbai by local trains. The locality has good green life from all the sides.
