Good things here

Society has good connectivity,no water logging and traffic issues around the society.Proper garbage disposible system has been adopted and cleaniness is big plus.build quality was great.Spacious parking for owners and visitors.all the modern amenities were present and no extra charges from the tenant to use any of the amenities.

Sare celebration bohot acche se hote hai and neighbours are very decent which is plus point of the society. every flat has spacious balcony. society se auto, bus sab jaldi mil jata hai, market bhi kafi pas me hai. visitors parking swimming pool and play area proper hai

Good things here

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply is very good. No such major electricity issues was faced. The constructuion quality is very good, no such issues like, seepage, leakage and plaster issues were faced in the society. for small kids play area is available. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together. Individual parking space is available.

Good things here

There are auto rickshaws and cabs easily available near the society, which is very convenient for residents. There is a very good market nearby, providing easy access to essential goods and services. Proper parking spaces are available. There are CCTV cameras installed and functions properly. Lifts functions properly, no major issues regarding it. The society is properly maintained and kept clean. Regularly Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Maintainance charges are comparitively okay. Other Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house is available in the society, amenities are properly maintained and all are functional.

Good things here

The transportation connectivity near the society was good with easy availability of transport like metro and autos. Parking area was provided and was convenient. The maintenance quality was also satisfactory with regular garbage removal. Elevators were also well maintained. All services were provided on time. Construction quality of the building was fine with ventilated flats. The material used was good. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse were available and maintained. The neighborhood was friendly and cooperative, they were supportive about pet owners. Market areas were also available nearby.
