Inside my flat, I'm pleased with the excellent ventilation, and having a balcony adds to my living space. What truly enhances my experience is the friendly and cooperative nature of my fellow residents, creating a warm community atmosphere. I never have to worry about water supply or electricity issues, and security is top-notch with CCTV surveillance, security guards, and well-maintained lifts. About 100 meters from our society, there's an area that hasn't been developed yet, which can be a bit of an eyesore. Also, the lack of nearby metro stations is inconvenient, although I've heard one is under construction, which might alleviate this issue in the future.
