Different colored bins are not used for waste disposal. This is because the waste collections are done by municipality trucks and only one truck comes around the society to take both dry and wet waste, segregation is not done, this is an old practice and it is still being followed like that, new garbage collection practices are not implemented in this society.

Waterproofing and painting are done once every 2-3 years. The metro has recently been constructed. The issue of water logging has been resolved. Buses, autos, and cabs are easily available nearby. Garbage collection happens every morning, and lift maintenance is timely. There is a football ground and a basketball ground. Despite having 10 towers, there is a large open space in between. Emergency fire exits and staircases are installed on both sides of the building.

Things need improvement

There is no nearby railway station, causing transportation difficulties. The maintenance team in the society faces a lot of politics and nepotism, which means young people should be included in the team for better work.

Nilkrishna apartment is situated on a 12 feet wide main road of shakuntala park. The flat is SOUTH-EAST-WEST facing with spacious, airy and well-lit rooms. There arena frequentbpoweyr cuts in this area.The road is well maintained and there is SHAKUNTALA PARK nearby.There is no water shortage.The street lights are well lit for walking post 9Pm.
