Good things here
Connectivity like cabs is easily available if we book an apartment in our society. Amenities like swimming pools, clubhouse, gyms, table tennis, kids' play areas, and party halls are available and well-maintained. Construction quality is very good; there are no leaks or seepages in the units. Maintenance charges are reasonable. Security systems are tight in the society. Cleanliness sets a high standard in the society. Facilities like greenery, surrounding amenities, and spaciousness make it a desirable place to live. Parking areas are ample in the society. Hospitals are available within the vicinity, making it very convenient. read more
Things need improvement
There are no visitor parking facilities in the society, which is inconvenient. Public transportation spots are available quite far away, around 2 kilometers from the society. There are no metro stations nearby. read more

Good water supply and proper garbage collection. People in the society are quite friendly. No issues like leakage , seepage or cracks in the building . Amenities like swimming pool, gym , club house and park are available in the society. Good security and parking facilities. Society has good connectivity with availability of cabs , autos and public transport nearby. read more

There are issues regarding electricity supply regular power cuts happens in the society. No other issues in the society, i am completely satisfied with all the facilities provided . Its a great society, my stay have been very comfortable till now without any issues. read more

Society is very cleaned and well maintained every time. There is timely collection of garbage in the society. Neighbors are decent and supportive. They celebrate festivals together in the society. read more
Things need improvement
Bus, auto , rickshaw are far from the society. Residents need to wait for long durations to get one auto nearby the society. There is issue of falling plaster and seepage issues in the building. Amenities needs to be maintained and cleaned some of them are not working properly. read more

Cleanliness is maintained, and there are no issues with leakage or seepage. The society has modern amenities such as a gym and swimming pool. Water is available 24/7. Residents are decent and celebrate festivals together. Ola and Uber services are available in the society. read more

There are no autos or buses available near the society; you need to walk up to 3 km to find public transport. Drinking water is supplied by tankers, leading to high maintenance charges. read more

The maintenance charges in the society were justified. Water was available 24/7. The lifts were maintained, and cleanliness was good. Festivals were celebrated. The society had all modern amenities, which were well-maintained. Local transport was easily available. The residents were cooperative. read more

In the society, there were no leakage or seepage issues in my flat, but there were some issues with seepage and leakage in a few flats on the top floor. read more
