Emergency services are constantly sharp and active. The region is consistently clear and clean. Always enjoy a festival while integrating. simply stunning What distinguishes this location is its modern, contemporary architecture. A great job is also done by having all the amenities for entertainment and cleanliness. The location is excellent, and security is attentive. Swimming pools were probably empty due to congestion, but there was enough room and a beautiful terrain to wander and sit with the family. However, noise from continuing construction and gas pipeline work may be an issue. however, a fantastic spot to live all around.

The structure is of pitiful quality. Every monsoon, there are severe aging concerns in every apartment. There are leaks and seeps throughout the entire year, not just during the monsoons. However, the construction's quality is terrible. In the monsoon season in Mumbai, leakage is a constant problem. The materials' quality falls short of expectations. Some areas of property administration are lacking. The monsoons cause the elevators to flood. The fire alarms frequently malfunction. Both the jacuzzi and the badminton courts require maintenance. The quality is not in line with this establishment's costs. No eateries nearby. Occasionally, the traffic is also terrible.

Parking is a major problem. The rooms are also simply too small. They could have offered small, roomy rooms instead of large lobby areas. Not one of Lodha's premier properties is Lodha Amara. There are too many buildings, which they refer to as "wings." One Wing only has two lifts and around 180 apartments. There are just too many people in the area, even though there are amenities like a football field, a gym, and a clubhouse. Near Wing 31 there is still building going on, and it is noisy. Due to their extreme proximity, the apartments lack any sense of solitude. One may see what is going on in their neighbour's home. Also thin are the walls.
