Good things here
Transportation connectivity near the society is good, as routes are linked to the main road. Construction quality is also good with no seepage and leakage issues in the building. Hygiene and cleanliness is maintained. Amenities like gym, play area swimming pool and party hall are available. CCTVs and parking lot are present in the society. Residents are friendly and cooperative. They celebrate all festivals and occasions together.

Good things here
24/7 water and electricity supply in the society.High security system in the society,24/7 security gaurds are there in the society.this is more likely family society and it was pleasent stay there in the society.crowd was really good and all the festivals being celebrated in the society.Mahanagar gas staion was just near by the society.

Entrance road of the society is not that developed and bit inner side from the main road though there is d-mart near by the society.Railway station and bus stop is far away from the society.generator are there but only for the lifts and common lights.Swimming pool was not there at that time.Gym was too small and there is no as such body building products in the gym.construction was below average as there were many cracks on the walls.

here neighbors are very good and educated.so many good schools and hospitals hare.cab, auto, taxi , bus facility easily available.Shopping Mall Nearby. Parking facility is available. This society is a newly built society in this area. All facilities are available at any time. All great Schools, hospitals, malls are very nearby. There is no any type of pollution like noise pollution etc. No any type of water clogging because water drainage system is so good.

Best for nuclear family, price is very low as compare to other location in mumbai, The room were small and is good for single person.

Dim road lights, frequent powercut problems makes always uncomfortable for guest visits. Water logging is again a big problem. Roads are not constructed well. Drainage facility is nkt good

Good things here
few month ago I live there is no crime,surrounding is clean, neighbour are very polite and peaceful mostly the educated people lived in the society. nearby market,schools are situated there. mostly the Hindu family lived their. there is no pits on the road. Here nearby garden is situated which is large enough for playing for kids. it is safe for girls also at night because at every 2-3 steps a proper streetlight and camera are installed there.

Good things here
there was nothing any history of crime in my neighborhood because this person are peaceful and belong to royal families. there was all the great schools hospital malls are accessible in this location like mcd,burger king.the charges of electricity is decent and affordable and there was nothing frequent power cuts in this area.the quality of road is very good and made with good materials and well maintained and low traffic and peaceful environments.yes I feel safe myself and my family in the night time because the streetlight and cameras are installed in this place.

Ghansoli is a developed residential hub in Navi Mumbai and its advantage is its prximity to IT hubs in the area. The neighbourhood is good. There is encroachment in the area and a gradual destruction of the natural environment of the wetlands

Ghansoli is developing into a resdiential hub in the suburbs. There is good connectivity by road and rail to all parts of Mumbai. Untreated sewage and dumping of garbage in the wetlands is common in this area. The locality has several amenities available in close range.

Ghansoli has the largest concentration of IT hubs in the entire area. Encroachment of the wetlands and dumping of untreated waste are serious issues that need attention. The area is livable and the locality is filled with helpful neighbours. Police patrolling is frequent.

Ghansoli is a suburb in the Navi Mumbai area and is close to the Reliance corporate headquarters and the TTC Industrial area which has created a demand for housing in this area. Ghansoli is directly connected to Mulund by the Airoli bridge. The neighbourhood of Ghansoli include Maheshwar Nagar, Jijamata Nagar, Datta Nagar, Rable, Kopar Khairane and Shanti nagar, There is a kind of development boom in Ghansoli with 24 new projects of which 12 are still under construction. Most of the residential construction consists of apartments only and 80% are 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. There are very few 3 and 4 bedroom apartments and they are only around 20% of the total property. The arterial Thane Belapur road passes through Ghansoli and provides the vital link to Thane and the main line covering Chhatrapati Shivaji terminus to Kalyan. Construction of the residential apartments are good and there are reputed builders such as RNA LG Builders, Swaraj Builders and Developers, Bhumiraj group and Tulsi Constructions.
