Good things here

Public transportation is easily accessible. There is a play area for kids to play. Cultural activities are celebrated in the society. read more

Things need improvement

The society is generally dirty. The lifts sometimes stop working, and when they do work, they're often dirty. It's not very clean. The tiles in the houses are falling apart, and there's a seepage issue in the society or individual houses. People aren't friendly with each other. There are no amenities in the society. read more

Good things here

The society was generally clean, and my flat didn't have any ceiling or seepage problems, though I can't speak for others. It was peaceful at that time, probably because there were fewer residents in the society. read more

Things need improvement

Getting around was challenging back then since there were no autos or rickshaws outside the society. Additionally, there were no facilities like a gym, clubhouse, or swimming pool, but there was one park within the society. read more

I used to live there on rent. The water supply in the society was good. They have a gym and a garden, but nobody really uses them. The cleaning of the society was good, and the lifts were also well maintained. read more

Things need improvement

When we used to live there, it wasn't developed as much, and there weren't many buses running back then. Also, there's no swimming pool in the society. read more

Good things here

Roads around the society is of good quality and recently it has developed. There is no drainage issues in the society even garbage collection is done time to time. security is good all the araes are under cctv survilance. All the festivals are celebrated in the society and socialism is really good. Spacious parking space is available for owners and visitors in the society. Mainetance is poor gym is not well eqquiped and club house is in bad condition barely used by the people. There is no swimming pool in the society. Quality of the construction is poor as there were issues regarding leakage and seepage in the society. there are traffic issues around the society. read more

Cab facilities were available nearby. CCTVs and elevators were installed in the society. There was a park and a swimming pool. People were friendly and helpful and festivals were celebrated together. read more

Metro station was not available nearby. Construction quality was average with a few seepage issues on the walls. There was no gym in society. read more
