Street lights are functional on the approach road and internal routes within the society, ensuring safety during nighttime travel. The build quality of the apartments is excellent, with no reported issues of leakages or seepages. CCTV cameras are installed in all areas, and security guards are available 24/7 in the society. Water and electricity supplies are consistently available. The residents of the society are cooperative and supportive.
