Good things here

As a resident of this society, I am quite pleased with the facilities provided. There are no issues with seepage or termites, and the ventilation is proper in all flats. The plaster and fittings are of good quality, which adds to the overall living comfort. Each resident has a designated parking spot, and the rules regarding pets are followed, ensuring they do not cause any disturbance. Garbage is collected regularly, with proper segregation of wet and dry waste, which keeps the surroundings clean. We enjoy 24/7 electricity and water supply, which is very reliable. The modern amenities, such as the gym and clubhouse, are well-maintained and add to the quality of life here. The neighbors are very friendly and create a warm and welcoming community. The elevators are installed and regularly maintained, which is very convenient. Security is a top priority here, with CCTV cameras and 24/7 security guards ensuring our safety. Things need improvement

However, there are a few downsides. Public transport is not easily available. The tunnel connecting Punawale to other parts of the city is often choked with traffic, making it difficult for cabs to go through, forcing me to rely on my neighbors for lifts. Connectivity is poor overall. Additionally, there is a problem with ants and rats in the society, and the construction quality is poor, with frequent issues. While there is a gym and swimming pool, they are too small to accommodate everyone comfortably. Despite these issues, living here has been mostly positive. read more

Good things here

All transportation options are available here, connectivity here is solid, with access to auto-rickshaws and cabs. It's convenient to have allotted parking, and maintenance is on point, keeping everything clean and tidy. The elevator is well-maintained. Plus, there are no issues regarding power cuts, and we also have power backup option available. All amenities are available and well-maintained, including the gym, clubhouse, and garden. It's also very pleasant that there are no construction issues like termite infestations. The neighbors are friendly, which adds to the pleasant atmosphere and make it a wonderful experience to live here. read more

Things need improvement

Though there are many positives about living here, there is one common issue that needs addressing. The current parking situation, especially for two-wheelers, could be improved. With only space for one car and one two-wheeler, it can be challenging, especially if the car is larger. Considering options to accommodate more two-wheelers would definitely alleviate this issue and enhance the overall living experience as nowadays every family has two two-wheelers and a car so if a common two wheeler parking could be made available it will be very beneficial for us. read more

The society is meticulously maintained and offers excellent connectivity, along with easy access to essential amenities. Residents benefit from being near grocery stores and schools, while commuters have access to efficient public transportation. I have several concerns about the society. The connectivity is problematic due to the infrequent availability of autos, buses, and cabs. Additionally, there are no amenities available besides a basketball court. The fact that the society is still under construction adds to the dissatisfaction. read more
