September 8, 2023: The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (Mhada) Pune board announced the Mhada Pune lottery 2023 of 5,863 units on September 6, 2023. This Mhada Pune lottery 2023 can be applied using the Mhada lottery web portal- https://housing.mhada.gov.in/signIn or the Mhada mobile app. Lucky draw of the Mhada Pune lottery 2023 will be held on July 18, 2023.
MHADA Pune lottery 2023: Eligibility
- To apply for MHADA lottery 2023 Pune, applicants should be 18 years old or more.
- Annual income of EWS applicant should be upto Rs 6 lakh in Pune, Mumbai and Nagpur. Rest of Maharashtra is has to be upto Rs 4.5 lakh.
- Annual income of LIG applicant should be upto Rs 9 lakh in Pune, Mumbai and Nagpur. Rest of Maharashtra is has to be upto Rs 7.5 lakh.
- Annual income of MIG applicant should be upto Rs 12 lakh
- Annual income of HIG applicant should more than Rs 12 lakh
Mhada Pune lottery 2023 registration requirements
- Mobile number linked with Aadhaar card is necessary as you will receive OTP and all communications through SMS.
- Email id linked with registered mobile number and Aadhaar card as you will receive OTP and all communications through Email.
Mhada lottery 2023 Pune: Documents required for registration
- Aadhar Card of self and spouse (if married)
- Pan Card of self and spouse (if married)
- Domicile Certificate that is issued after January 1, 2018. This should have the barcode issued by MahaOnline / MahaIT. Domicile token number will not be accepted.
- Income Tax Return (ITR) of applicant and spouse should include ITR acknowledgement receipt of FY 2022-23 or AY 2023-24. Form 16 or salary slip will not be accepted. Only gross income mentioned in ITR is considered for verification.
- Income Certificate from Tahsildar or Maha e-Seva Kendra for 2022-23 having the barcode issued by MahaOnline/MahaIT.
- Caste Certificate (if applicable) and caste validity is mandatory before registration. You can apply under SC/ST/NT/DT and VJ. In case you don’t have caste validity number you can select no and proceed and upload it at the time of taking possession of the Mhada unit.
