It is a good project. Construction quality is really good with the best fitting and fixture. Open space is there a lot in this project with so much greenery, you will love using walking or jogging track here. Then good security feature is there and full power backup so no electricity problem. Swimming pool and gym is there to relax while many other facility is there. Area is overall safe with some water accumulation in monsoon. Project still being develop so some noise and all. Mobile tower network otherwise good here and residents welcoming you with smiles. Puraniks City Reserva Phase 1 is a very good project for people looking to live in prime Thane. Developer has given excellent amenities, Location near all supermarkets, school, college, hospital. Must say I am happy with the overall experience. Developer has given all he promised. Everything is top class here. Maintenance problem is not there. The WFH crowd will not face problems with the mobile network but construction noise is still there since the project is coming up in phases. Area is safe and secure with some water logging in the monsoon season. Families will find all schools, hospitals, and supermarkets nearby. read more

Was pleasantly surprised with opportunity to buy home in such central location of Thane within my budget.. Owing to its location, facilities such as schools, hospitals, ATMs, and markets are available at a close distance from Puraniks City Reserva.. Road is wide but sometimes there is water logging. Society maintenance impressive and builder construction is very high quality. At times construction work noise but nothing too much to disturb. Got good mobile signal when I visited the site. read more

Puraniks City Reserva Phase 1 is excellent project. WFH crowd will love the central location so if you go to office few days then you won’t mind! Construction still going on so dust and noise is there but overall mobile network is good and peaceful ambiance with greens and open space all around you. Overall area is very safe though water does accumulate in heavy rains. But location you will love. Everything in close distance, highway, hospital, school, shopping mall- name something . my family would love it here. read more

Puraniks City Reserva Phase 1 offered me basically all that I wanted. Happy to report that the project ambiance is very good with a garden, open space and skydeck. Overall the locality is a safe neighborhood but the water logging problem is there during heavy rainfall. Project still being constructed, some construction noise is there to deal with if you are working at home but the mobile network is good so far. Maintenance is also decent while good amenity list of Multipurpose Lawn, BeachPool with Palms, Tai Chi Corner, Children Adventure Park. Net Cricket, Youth Corner,Multipurpose Court and Kids Wet Pool. read more
