easily accessible to malls, transportation, school, market, 24 hrs electric and water supply, no any crime happened here, decent people living here, yes we feel safe and secure here. well maintained streetlights . lot of parking spaces. read more

It is a residential neighbourhood that is well-developed and quite safe, and it is situated 500 metres from Madhavaram Metro Station and 2 kilometres from Madhavaram Highway. It's a farm with a variety of plants and vegetation.

It is a completely residential area that is secure and safe. Grocery stores are nearby and there is good greenery. The environment is good, but there is one drawback: waste clean-up will take longer than expected. Other than that, everything is fine.
